Committed to delivering the utmost satisfaction, we strive to provide the highest quality in our handcrafted rosaries and artisan parts. However, given the unique nature of natural stones and the manual craftsmanship involved, it is customary to anticipate slight variations and imperfections.
RETURN POLICY:
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt and return it within 14 days. A return shipping label will be provided, and you have the option of a full refund or a replacement of the damaged part, if available. Refunds will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the item. Please note that after 14 days, no refunds will be issued. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer assumes responsibility for any loss in value.
